Welcome to Clean Cans and More! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Clean Cans and More provides professional trash bin cleaning services and power washing services for residential and commercial customers. Our services are available on a monthly, quarterly, or one-time basis, each with its own service commitment.

Service Plans

Bi-Weekly Service: Requires a minimum of 2 cleanings. Early cancellation before the third cleaning may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the remaining minimum services.
Once a Month Cleaning: Requires a minimum 2 cleanings. Early cancellation before the third cleaning may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the remaining minimum services.
Quarterly Service: Requires a minimum of 3 cleanings per year. Cancelling before completing the third service may also result in a cancellation fee.
One-Time Service: No ongoing commitment. Payment is due upon online purchase.

2. Scheduling and Access

Customers must ensure trash cans are empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. If access is restricted (e.g., locked gates, cans not curbside), the service may be skipped, and no refund will be issued.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon online card purchase, for all service types. If a subscription is chosen, each following payment will be collected on the 1st of every month. We accept card payments made online.

For recurring customers, if payment is not made by the time of service, we reserve the right to pause future services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

4. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Clean Cans and More. If you're unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

If the service was not performed to standard, a re-clean or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
No refunds will be provided for missed services due to inaccessible or unprepared bins.
Cancellations before completing the required minimum number of cleanings in bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly plans may result in a charge equal to the cost of the remaining cleanings.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee or forfeiture of that cleaning.

6. Changes to Terms

Clean Cans and More reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clean Cans and More is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. While we take great care in our work, we are not responsible for damage resulting from the pre-existing condition of bins or surroundings.
